This drink is amazing. Seriously. In addition to tasting AMAZING, when I drink this milk before bedtime, I feel like I’ve taken an ambien. The milk and ghee are warm and heavy and perfect for a before bed time drink, plus the nutmeg acts as a sedative. For best results, drink about 15 minutes before bedtime.
Warm, Spiced, Night-Time Milk

Ingredients:
- 6-8 ounces of Organic, Grass-Fed, Whole Milk
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2-1 tsp ghee (I use Fourth & Heart Vanilla Ghee)Instructions:
- Put milk in a pan over high heat
- Stir in spices/ghee
- Bring to a boil 3 times (when it boils take it off for a few seconds, then put it back on the burner until it boils again. Repeat until it has boiled 3 times. This helps the milk become more digestible).
- Let cool, and enjoy!
