Start with a pre-made pizza dough. Either find my recipe above (pssst…, it’s gluten free) or use your own recipe.
Place the dough onto a pre-floured surface (either a large cutting board or a clean counter) and roll until the dough is relatively thin. A square or oval shape is best, as the dough will be folded over.
Transfer rolled out dough onto a pre-oiled baking sheet.
Mince garlic
Heat a skillet over medium high heat, and once hot, melt the butter.
Once the butter is mostly melted, add in the minced garlic and sautee for 1-2 minutes, or until garlic becomes aromatic.
Transfer the melted butter and garlic onto the dough and using a pastry brush spread the mixture evenly over the dough (NOTE– save a little of the butter to brush onto the top of the dough once dough has been folded over).
Place the mozzarella over half of the dough
Fold the dough over halfway and pinch to close.
Brush saved butter over the top of the dough.
Sprinkle desired amount of parmesan onto the dough (you don’t have to use full amount).
Sprinkle desired amount of Italian seasoning on top (again, you can use less or more of the above mentioned amount).
Place baking sheet into preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is a golden brown and cooked inside.
Using a pizza cutter cut the bread into desired size.
