My homemade version of the ever popular Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

2 shots of Espresso or 2 oz strongly Brewed Coffee
200ml of Steamed Milk (you can always heat it on the stovetop if you don’t have a milk steamer!)
1/2 tbspPumpkin Puree
1/4 tspPumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tspVanilla Extract
1/2–1 tbsp Coconut Sugar or Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
Instructions
Pour the espresso shots or brew 2 oz of strong coffee in a moka pot or alternative brewing method.
Put the espresso, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, sweetener of choice, and vanilla extract in a small mixing bowl and whisk until combined. Pour into mug of choice.
Steam the milk, or heat milk on the stovetop if you don’t have a milk steamer.
Pour the steamed/heated milk over the pumpkin/espresso mixture and stir to combine.
Optional- Sprinkle cinnamon on top or top off with whipped cream!
