Nut Butter Smoothie

My version of the classic peanut butter smoothie

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 Frozen Bananas (see note)
  • 1/2 cup of Milk (use milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup of Yogurt (any kind will do)
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Nut Butter (I use peanut butter, but any will do!)
  • 1.5 tsp Honey
  • Ice (optional, see note)

Instructions

  1. Freeze bananas overnight
  2. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, roughly 1 minute depending on type of blender used.
  3. Pour into cup and enjoy!

Notes

If you don’t have any frozen bananas on hand and don’t want to wait, you can use 1/2-1 cup of ice instead. It won’t be as creamy, but it definitely works!
