Lemon Poppyseed Salad Dressing

lemon poppyseed dressing

Nothing says summer like freshly made lemon poppyseed salad dressing. The sour taste of lemon, the sweet taste of honey, and the tangy taste of greek yogurt and apple cider vinegar are all you need to become a salad fanatic.

Seriously, before this dressing I didn’t even like salad dressing that much. I always ate the salad pictured here without any dressing at all (it’s a very good salad!). But since I discovered this dressing it’s all I want with it.

The key is to use freshly squeezed lemons. Nothing beats the taste of freshly squeezed citrus fruits. Nothing will taste as vibrant and summery.

The best thing about this recipe is that it’s SO easy and quick to make. All you need to do is put all the ingredients into a blender and blend!

That’s it. Fresh, delicious salad dressing in just a few minutes! Enjoy!
