A super refreshing, easy to make summer soup

Ingredients

large, juicy Tomatoes
1
large Cucumber
1
Green Bell Pepper
1/2
Red Onion
2
Celery Stalks
1
clove of Garlic
3 tbsp
Olive Oil
2 tbsp
Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp
Basil, fresh
1/2 tsp
Cumin
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Pepper

Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Core the tomatoes and roughly chop them.
Chop the red onion, cucumber, celery, and the bell pepper.
Put all of the ingredients into a blender, or use an immersion blender to blend until super smooth. May take a few minutes depending on your blender.
Once blended, put into the refrigerator, at least a couple of hours.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
