Viral Chocolate Rice Cakes

A healthier more grown-up version to the classic peanut butter cup

Ingredients

  • Rice Cakes
  • Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Nut Butter of choice
  • Hemp Seeds

Instructions

  1. Lay out the desired amount of rice cakes either on a large plate, baking sheet, or cooling rack.
  2. Spread nut butter onto the tops of the rice cakes.
  3. Place desired amount of chocolate into a microwave proof bowl and in 30 second increments melt until smooth.
  4. Spread desired amount of chocolate on top of the nut butter on the rice cakes.
  5. I topped mine with a sprinkle of hemp seeds, but you can use any topping you would like!
  6. Place them in the freezer and freeze until the chocolate has set.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
